How can healthcare organizations build great teams?
For many clinicians-turned manager, administrator, or owner, the Human Resources and people management side of the equation comes to the forefront in a way that it hadn’t previously in that person’s career. Most clinicians go into healthcare from a desire to help and serve people. If they’re really good at their job, they end up getting promoted higher in their organization (or leave to start their own clinic). That new role involves the science of “people management”. And for most clinicians, this area of personal and professional development received very little coverage in formal training and education in school. Unless they’re received some training through their employer, they’re stuck relying on that 60-minute letter from college. It often leaves those clinicians with questions about how to hire, recruit, retain, and (sometimes) fire staff members.
Well, my guest this week on the show, Brandon Seigel from Wellness Works, provide some great insights about healthcare, innovation, and true value-based reimbursement strategies in healthcare.

What we can help you do:
✅ Train your staff and clinicians to be able to confidently communicate the value your organization provides…
✅ Leverage best practices, new technology, telehealth, and marketing/messaging to maximize patient engagement & retention…
✅ Develop a system that keeps patients & clients happy, engaged, and satisfied throughout the entire process of care…
We help you not only craft marketing messages & campaigns that build that know, like, & trust value you need to convert leads into scheduled clients; but we also work with your clinicians and staff to make sure that, once a patient decides to schedule an appointment, you have a system setup that keeps them happy, engaged, and satisfied throughout the onboarding, treatment, and discharge process.
In short, we help your whole organization become focused on the most important thing in healthcare: people – the people who work for your organization, and the people who your organization treats and serves.
